1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and oktt ph ("we," "us," or "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at okttph.org. By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by oktt ph, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of oktt ph following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

5. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including those maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gambling authority.
6. oktt ph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

1. Each individual may register only one (1) account on oktt ph. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes.
3. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your oktt ph Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
4. You must notify oktt ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
5. oktt ph reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.
6. Account verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) may be required before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed. Required documents may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

1. All transactions on oktt ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). oktt ph does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or any form of cryptocurrency.
2. Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.
3. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the cashier page and are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. oktt ph reserves the right to request additional verification before releasing any withdrawal.
5. oktt ph does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which oktt ph bears no responsibility.
6. Funds deposited into your oktt ph account are held in a segregated player funds account and are not used for operational purposes.
7. oktt ph reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, fraud investigation, or compliance review.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

1. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by oktt ph are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time of each promotion.
2. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
3. oktt ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
4. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. oktt ph reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that a player has exploited a promotion in bad faith or through the use of automated tools.
5. Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Players must opt in to promotions where required; bonuses will not be applied retroactively.
6. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

1. All games available on oktt ph are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems provided by licensed third-party game studios. Game outcomes are determined by chance and are not influenced by oktt ph.
2. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
3. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, oktt ph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction may be voided.
4. Players must not use any software, tool, algorithm, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players. This includes but is not limited to bots, scripts, and exploit techniques.
5. Collusion between players in any game format is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on oktt ph and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity
• Registering or playing on behalf of another person
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or infrastructure
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing oktt ph staff or other players
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Allowing a minor (under 21 years of age) to access or use your oktt ph account

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the oktt ph platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, and design elements, is the exclusive property of oktt ph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from oktt ph without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

1. oktt ph provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.
2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, oktt ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of funds resulting from your own gambling decisions.
3. oktt ph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
4. Nothing in these Terms shall limit oktt ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

10. Privacy & Data

oktt ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

oktt ph implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and oktt ph cannot guarantee absolute data security.

oktt ph will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide the Platform's services, or as described in the Privacy Policy.
